Packages are generally dispatched within 1-3 days after receipt of payment. FREE Shipping is available on all orders over $99 USD to Canada and USA only via Canada Post or UPS Standard service.  Faster methods also available at extra cost. Whichever shipment choice you make, we will provide you with a link to track your package online (except "Letter mail" option).

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. If you have special conditions for shipment, please contact us prior to making the purchase.

Boxes are properly sized and your items are well-protected.

All international buyers might be required to pay import customs, duties, fees, etc. Customer is solely responsible for it. Whether you have to pay or not and amount depends on customer's country regulations. PanzerTool.com is not responsible for any payments incurred during import process in buyer's country.
